Training Overview
MarComm Consulting offers a variety of customized training programs. Whether you want a quarterly meeting, need to train your materials to meet State Hazardous Materials Business Plan requirements, or whether you want monthly safety meetings, MarComm can do it all. Choose your setting, and choose your mood. If you want a relaxed and light atmosphere to teach your employees topics like safe lifting techniques, and lockout/tag-out, or if you want a formal setting, MarComm has experience training employees on working safely.
Training sessions typically last for an hour, include some discussion of the topic, questions-and-answer time, a supplemental video, and a short quiz. At the end, you have documentation that your employees have received training, and your employees leave armed with new tools to work safely and keep your business profitable.
